A traditional washed process gives the cup a remarkably clean, crisp structure. It offers a complex, beautifully balanced experience that mirrors the journey of self-reflection—starting with vibrant, awakening fruit notes and settling into a deep, comforting sweetness.

• Profile: A smooth, fruit-forward cup featuring bright cherry, grape, and plum notes, perfectly complemented by a rich chocolate undertone and a clean, cane sugar sweetness.

Origin & Craftsmanship

• Origin: Huila & Cauca, Colombia (Excelso grade)

• The Varietals: A legacy mix of heirloom Typica and Bourbon for depth and bright acidity, balanced with Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo for rich sweetness.

• Elevation: 1,200–1,800 MASL

• Process: Fully Washed and carefully fermented to completely remove the mucilage, enhancing the pristine clarity of the flavors.
